By placing an order or using the Humaira Bangee website (humairabangee.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

Humaira Bangee is a handcrafted bags brand based in Karachi, Pakistan. All products are handmade and may have minor natural variations in texture, colour, and finish — this is a characteristic of handcrafted goods and not a defect. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Ordering

When you place an order:

You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number
Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you promptly
We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or placed in bad faith
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges unless stated otherwise

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD) — payment is collected upon delivery of your order
Bank Transfer — payment must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders not paid within this window may be cancelled. Please send proof of payment via WhatsApp
NayaPay — mobile wallet transfer. Send payment confirmation via WhatsApp after checkout

For prepaid orders (bank transfer / NayaPay), your order will be dispatched only after payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Karachi: 2–4 working days
Nationwide (Pakistan): 4–7 working days
Free shipping on all orders above PKR 10,000. A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to orders below this amount
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances
We currently ship within Pakistan only
Once an order is dispatched, you will be notified with a tracking number where applicable

Humaira Bangee is not responsible for delays caused by courier services after dispatch.

5. Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging intact
Exchanges are subject to stock availability
The customer bears the return shipping cost unless the item received was defective or incorrect
To initiate an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for exchange

6. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds except in cases where the item received is defective or significantly different from what was ordered. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

7. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display product colours, textures, and dimensions accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Minor variations in handcrafted items are expected and are not grounds for a return.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is the property of Humaira Bangee. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Humaira Bangee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
